To send a message to an inpatient at Southeast Alabama Medical Center,  you will need to provide us with some basic information. Please fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button.

Messages are checked Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Requirements for the delivery of an email message:

Patient must be a current inpatient (over-night stay) at SAMC

SAMC does not assume responsibility for the delivery of e-mail, and SAMC assumes no liability for the information contained in the message.
