The Southeast Pain Management Center is a state-of-theart clinic located in Dothan, Ala., and staffed by physicians who are board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. We partner with other physicians and medical specialties with an emphasis on Interventional Steps To Wellness. Whenever possible, this approach utilizes minimally invasive procedures to assist patients back  o good health and function. Our process uses methods which demonstrate successful outcomes and best practices in pain management.

Our primary goals are to reduce or eliminate pain,  improve quality of life, facilitate a return to work and restore function. Treatment programs include lifestyle modification, medication management, various forms of interventional therapy and in  some cases, surgery. Spinal procedures are performed under fluoroscopic guidance, or live X-ray, to ensure accurate needle placement and appropriate spread of medication.

In addition to procedures  such as epidural steroid injections, we also offer advanced interventional techniques which include, but are not limited to, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators and spinal  pumps. Potential candidates for pain management include anyone who suffers from acute or chronic pain.
