Living Well Fitness staff

Rachel:Rachel is the Team Leader of Living Well Fitness.  She has a B.S in Exercise Science, M.S in Sports and Fitness Management, and is an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist.  Rachel oversees all Living Well Fitness programs offered to both SAMC employees and to the public.  She is involved with personal training, and works with SAMC’s Diabetes Exercise Classes and Neuromuscular Rehab/Balance Center.

Brittany: Brittany is a Fitness Specialist at Living Well Fitness. 4841BrittanyDavis120x150She has a B.S in Nutrition Science and M.S is Sports and Fitness Management with a concentration in Exercise Science.  Brittany teaches multiple group fitness classes, performs fitness and nutrition assessments, and designs meal plans for LWF members.  She also works with SAMC’s Neuromuscular Rehab/Balance Center.

Caroline: Caroline is a Fitness Specialist at Living Well Fitness. 4861CarolineDriscoll150x120She has an AA and AS in Education, and a B.S in Health and Physical Education. She is NESTA certified, and a licensed Zumba, Zumba Gold, and PiYo Instructor.  Caroline teaches multiple group exercise classes and is over our Silver Sneakers and Young Hearts Program: doing outreach, fitness assessments, and training sessions.

Gina: Gina is a team health representative at Living Well Fitness. She is a licensed Zumba Instructor and an ASFA Certified Group Fitness/Boot Camp Instructor. Gina teaches group fitness classes, helps carry out daily operations, and is also involved with SAMC’s KidFit Program.

Kaylon: Kaylon is a Fitness Specialist at SAMC’s Neuromuscular Rehab/Balance Center. 4868KaylonHarrell120x150He has a B.S in Science and Exercise Physiology.  Kaylon teaches multiple group exercise classes at Living Well Fitness and is also involved with SAMC’s Sports Rehab Program.

Lakin: Lakin the Team Leader of the childhood obesity prevention program SAMC’s KidFit Program sponsored by SAMC Foundation. 4850LakinTice125x150She has a B.S in Food and Nutrition with Hospitality Management.  Lakin also works as a Fitness Specialist at Living Well Fitness doing nutrition counseling, nutrition assessments, and meal planning for LWF members.

Alana: Alana is a Fitness Specialist at Living Well Fitness and also helps out with SAMC’s KidFit Program.  She has a B.S in Science and Exercise Physiology.  Alana performs fitness assessments, helps carry out daily operations, and also works with SAMC’s Neuromuscular Rehab/Balance Center.
