A handshake spreads germs.
A fist bump can reduce the spread of the flu.

To help prevent the spred of flu germs, remember to wash your hands multiple times a day. The Centers For Disease Control & Prevention recommends washing vigorously with soap for 15 - 20 seconds. Hand sanitizers also kill flu germs.

For your health & your family's health, get a flu shot. SAMC reminds everyone that it’s not too late to get a flu shot to help reduce their chances of catching the wintertime malady. Flu symptoms include fever of more than 101 degrees which lasts 3-4 days, chest discomfort, aches and pains (often severe), headaches, tiredness, weakness lasting as long as 2-3 weeks, extreme exhaustion, coughs and sniffles.
