SAMC offers a variety of outpatient rehabilitation services including specialized UE rehab, neuro, orthopedics, pediatrics, lymphedema, wound care, low vision, ADL retraining, urinary incontinence, functional capacity evaluations, vestibular rehab, pain management, bar iatric wellness, arthritis, swallowing, feeding and cognitive re-training.

SAMC's outpatient rehabilitation facility has moved to 1480 Ross Clark Circle, approximately one mile south of of the hospital.
