NeuroSpine Center at Southeast Alabama Medical Center is a comprehensive neurosurgical practice providing outstanding patient care in the Southeast region. Patient's Responsibilities Include

• Filling out a detailed questionnaire. (Must be completed before appointment.)
• Bringing appropriate X-rays, CT and MRI scans to appointment for review.
• Answering questions about medical history and symptoms.
• Participating in a focused neurological and spinal examination.
• Receiving a treatment plan.

NeuroSpine Center contracts with many insurance providers. We will file your insurance as a courtesy for you, but you are still responsible for account balance. If you have any questions, please contact our insurance department.
