Our receptionists are available to help see that you are as comfortable as possible while you wait. We make every effort for you to be seen as close to your appointment time as possible. Emergencies must come first and at times it will be necessary for you to wait unless you would like to reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our staff as soon as possible prior to that time so that if needed, another patient may be scheduled in your appointment slot. If you cannot keep your appointment and do not cancel your appointment, there may be a $25.00 charge.
We are happy to arrange for you to see the doctor of your choice. If you prefer a certain doctor, please tell our appointment secretary and she will arrange for your appointment to be scheduled at a time when that doctor will be in the office. You may go to the office that is most convenient for you. Our doctors rotate at both office locations so you need only specify to our staff the office location you prefer and the doctor you wish to see. At times, it may be necessary for you to be seen between appointment times. If this occurs, we will work you into our regular schedule. In these cases, you will be seen as soon as our schedule allows, unless we feel that it is an emergency. On a work-in basis, you will be seen by the doctor who is available.
Please be prepared to pay your co-pay on the date of your appointment. If it is not paid, there will be a $10.00 billing fee that you will be responsible for.
Our office hours are 8 am to 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am to 12 pm on Fridays. We will be closing on Friday afternoons beginning February 10, 2012.
