Long Term Disability

Full-time (0.8-1.0) Employees:

• Benefits are paid if you are sick or injured in a non-job related accident and you are unable to perform your job duties. Benefits are payable after 90 days of disability and will continue up to age 65. A pre-existing condition limitation does apply
• You are covered for a benefit amount of 60% of your monthly base earnings up to $5,000.
• Premiums are based on your age and benefit amount.

Coverage is available through Reliance Standard.
