Short Term Disability

Full-time (0.8-1.0) Employees:

Benefits are paid if you are sick or injured in a non-job related accident and you are unable to perform your job duties. Benefits are payable after 30 days of disability and will continue for up to six (6) months of disability. A pre-existing condition limitation does apply.
You may elect a benefit that pays up to 60% of your monthly earnings, with a minimum benefit of $400 per month and maximum benefit of $5,000.
Premiums are based on your age and the benefit amount chosen.

Coverage is available through UnumProvident Insurance Company.
