Prescription Drug Card

Prescription Drug Card (Included in the Medical Plan)
Participating Pharmacy with BCBS:

- - $10 co-pay per prescription for Generic Drugs
  - $20 co-pay per prescription for Preferred Brand Name Drugs
  - $45 co-pay per prescription for all other Brand Name Drugs

A list of Preferred Drugs can be viewed at the Blue Cross Blue Shield website. The list is updated monthly. You may also search the website for specific prescriptions and determine which co-pay will apply. The rates shown above are given when using the SAMC pharmacy.
