School Age Program
6 years to 13 years

September - May: After-School transportation services are provided from a number of schools within the Dothan city limits. Children are picked up at school dismissal time and transported to the Medical Center’s Child Development Center.

The after-school schedule allows time for the children to complete homework assignments, participate in learning centers, outside play and group activities.

June - August: The summer program provides a variety of educational and enjoyable activities. Field trips are taken to places such as the Wiregrass Museum of Art, Houston-Love Memorial Library, Landmark Park, etc. Classroom activities include cooking, art, reading and physical fitness.
