SAMC is a fully accredited facility in Hospital, Behavioral Health Care, Home Care and Laboratory Programs by The Joint Commission. When an individual or staff member has any concern about patient care and safety in the organization, he or she may contact the organization's Quality Management department at 334-793-8862 or utilize a dedicated phone line 334-793-8720 to report a concern. A concern can be filed directly The Joint Commission or Alabama Department of Public Health.
